Personal / Small Group Boxing Training
1:1, 1:2 or small group training utilizing traditional boxing training techniques in a safe, non-contact environment to improve fitness, build strength, increase muscle tone and endurance, improve coordination, boost confidence and more. Lorna brings her experience in the ring to make boxing training accessible to anyone, anywhere, any level. In your home, at the gym or outdoors. Suitable for both men and women, kids and adults.
Personal Training &
Whether you need in-person training on Nantucket or an online coach to guide you and hold you accountable, Lorna will tailor your workouts to suit your needs, lifestyle and goals. In-person training can take place in your home, outdoors, in a studio and can be done in a 1:1, 1:2 or small group format. Online coaching is individualized and each training program is built to suit your personal needs, wherever you are in the world.
