Lorna teaches a variety of group fitness classes in a number of locations on Nantucket Island - from boxing to barre, spinning to resistance training, Lorna has a class to cater to all your fitness needs and believes fitness should be fun, welcoming and effective. 

Personal / Small Group Boxing Training

Personal or small group training utilizing traditional boxing training techniques in a safe, non-contact environment to improve fitness, build strength, increase muscle tone and endurance, improve coordination, boost confidence and more. Lorna brings her experience in the ring to make boxing training accessible to anyone, anywhere, any level. In your home, at the gym or outdoors. Suitable for both men and women, kids and adults. 

Personal Training

In-person training on Nantucket. Lorna will tailor your workouts to suit your needs, lifestyle and goals. In-person training can take place in your home, outdoors, in a studio and can be done in a 1:1, 1:2 or small group format. Each training program is built to suit your personal needs and goals.
