In-person personal and small group training is limited subject to availability. Please contact Lorna to inquire about availability and scheduling an appointment. Personal and small group training can be based out of a private fitness studio on Nantucket, outdoors if you enjoy training outside (seasonal only) or in the comfort of your home. 


Personal Training (one to one)

For those who want a little extra personal attention to training. Personal training is a great option if you want more specific goal-oriented training, if you have specific needs due to injury, you want to progress quickly or simply want to (re)introduce yourself to exercise in a safe, supervised environment.

Training sessions take place at Lorna’s studio at 3 Old South Rd, Nantucket.

If you prefer to work out at your own home, house calls are sometimes an option but do require an additional fee.

Sessions generally include both boxing and full body fitness training. Boxing is not required if it does not fit your interests and goals.

- Full Body Fitness Training - combination of bodyweight exercises, resistance training, TRX, medicine balls, battle ropes, etc.

- Boxing Training - combination of bag work and mitt work.


Small Group Training

Small group training is a great option if you have a buddy (or a few!) with similar goals. Hold each other accountable, have fun and get fit at the same time! This option also saves you money. Individual attention will be given to ensure all progress together.
